Website information practices

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how information is handled when you use the VeeKay public website or contact Vlad Kapitantchouk about real estate services.

Effective date: August 10, 2026

Information you provide

The public contact form asks for your name, email address, an answer to a basic verification question and your general inquiry message. When you submit the form successfully, the inquiry is sent by email to Vlad’s business inbox through the configured email-delivery service. The website does not add the submission to a Contact database or CRM.

If you contact Vlad directly by email or telephone, that communication takes place outside the website form and may become ordinary business correspondence.

Technical information

Hosting and security infrastructure may process technical details ordinarily included in web requests and server or security logs, such as an IP address, request date and time, requested path, browser or user-agent information and operational or security events. VeeKay’s application logs only fixed contact-delivery outcomes and does not write contact-form contents to those logs.

Why information is used

Information may be used to respond to inquiries, discuss requested real estate services, maintain relevant business communications, operate and secure the website, troubleshoot problems, keep appropriate business records and meet legal or operational requirements.

Sale and marketing use

VeeKay does not sell personal information. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter, marketing list or ongoing promotional program.

Service providers and processing locations

Service providers support website hosting, database and essential session infrastructure, email delivery and, when a visitor allows it, Google Analytics. If a published Article includes approved media, your browser may also request an image from Cloudinary or load a video from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain. Google, Cloudinary, YouTube and other service providers may process technical or submitted information in connection with providing their services. Their handling of information may also be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Information may be processed outside Canada, including in the United States, where different laws may apply.

Retention

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and for legitimate business, legal and recordkeeping needs. Where appropriate, information is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer reasonably required. The application does not enforce a single fixed retention period for every type of correspondence or technical record.

Safeguards

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used for information handled through the website and related business communications. No internet transmission or storage system can be promised to be perfectly secure.

Optional public-page analytics

VeeKay uses Google Analytics on public pages only to understand which public pages are useful and how visitors find the site. Analytics is optional. Google Analytics does not load, contact Google, set Google Analytics cookies or send cookieless Analytics pings until you choose Allow analytics. You can choose No thanks without losing access to the public site.

Your Analytics choice is remembered in first-party browser storage. You can reconsider it at any time using the Analytics choices control in the public footer. When Analytics is allowed, Google Analytics may process technical and usage information associated with the public visit, such as public pages viewed, referral or source information, browser and device information and approximate geographic information where supplied by the service.

This public Analytics integration does not implement Google Ads, remarketing or advertising audiences. Activity in the private Owner HQ, Articles administration and editing pages, private Article previews and owner sign-in is not sent to this public Analytics integration. The application’s essential session cookie remains limited to private owner sign-in and related security functions.

Access, correction and privacy questions

To ask about personal information connected with your inquiry, request access or correction, or raise a privacy question, use the Contact page or email vlad.k@century21.ca. A request may need to be verified before information is disclosed or changed.
